Pretty late for the Eastern time Zone, take care and get lots of rest, for that milk-drinker and yourself.:hugs
It’s 10:20 now. Started taking my bath around 9. I’m lucky to be asleep by 11.

Fortunately, the Milk Drinker is only waking once a night to eat. So I can sleep longer. I weighed him yesterday and he had gained 1lb 7oz in the previous 8 days, so I’m not gonna worry about feeding him more at night and enjoy my sleep.
Looks like wry neck. I think the treatment is vitamin E.

Wow, you lucky Mom. Mine wanted to nurse ~ every 2 hours!

She out with the flock normally. They all had some goodies today... bread, grapes, tomatoes. They had cantaloupe and some other stuff yesterday.

I was out with them around 6 pm. The teenagers were all hanging out together. Dust bathing and the usual “we’re not ready for bed stuff.”

Went out at 9 pm to shut the doors and do a head count. She was on a roost with her head hanging. I brought her in and took the video. No one else was acting strange.

Thing 1 nursed 3-4x a night until 20 months when I night weaned him. I didn’t do it sooner because he didn’t really start eating until he was 15 months and wasn’t eating well until 18 months. It is interesting that I was handling the night wakings well until he was well established with eating then all the sudden I couldn’t handle it anymore and felt like I was being driven mad by it.
