Metal is hot in summer and cold in winter. But it could work.https://www.menards.com/main/p-1444...Sale&utm_source=flipp&utm_medium=flyer_mobile
Wonder if I could turn this into a coop? Thoughts? I'd add windows....
Metal frame work with vinyl exterior. So I thought it might work. Not as hot/cold at completely metal and maybe better ventilation then completely vinyl. Hhmmmm?Metal is hot in summer and cold in winter. But it could work.

I'm thinking the floor kit is literally a floor. It links you to what that is but if I don't have to have a floor I would be fine without one.Be sure to look at what they mean by "when properly anchored" and what they mean by "floor kit not included".
I like wood coops for many reasons.

Definitely wanting to see it in real before deciding.
I had wanted to put a wood shed up on cinder blocks. Would add some height but also stop the poo and everything from getting on the wood itself and rotting it. Then I was going to leave it as dirt and deep litter right in the coop.I opened their installation instructions.
It looks like it goes together a lot like my harbor freight greenhouse.
Lots of easy ways to anchor the carp out of it and add strength too.
I laid pavers then framed the bottom with 4x4 fence posts. Those got anchored to the ground with big spikes driven between pavers. The base frame is held to the 4x4's with long screws and gender washers.
The greenhouse has been through 125 mph gusts.
