Good morming! I overslept by nearly an hour omg!
Those T.V chickens woke me up lol.
Their treats hit a xylophone and they cluck like nut balls when it somebody treats them.
Mine were not happy with me, they acted like they were starving to death...poor things, you can still make out the shapes of their toes.:rolleyes:😄

@Redhead Rae What did you use for the bacon cure recipe? Trying to get a basic estimate of how much cure for how many pounds of bacon and a sense of how much paprika, black pepper and Red Pepper flake to add. Planning curing for 7 days.

The trick is to use 2.25% of the meat weight in salt and 2.25% of the meat weight in sugar (I used brown sugar and followed the recipe exact). It turned out fabulously!
