2020 Vampires can't get away with anything!

Been wet and dreary here. Predicted to get that S stuff from the sky today. Was trying to be more winter ready and found a heated waterer is no good.

Pretty sure that wire is supposed to be connected. I have a bucket waterer but it's harder for everyone to crowd around and use it. I also wanted 2 or 3 waterers as I somehow managed to completely fail at chicken math... I hover around 100 birds.
I'm still experiencing random losses and I wouldn't be surprised by a few more. I've opened almost every bird since the aspirgillous bird and not single other bird has had it. I can now do a necropsy in about 30 min. Not that I know exactly what I'm looking for but if something is really abnormal I'd notice. Then I'd know that it was weird and try to look that up.
Most are seeming to fail to thrive but at an older age. Everyone have been treated for anything I can think of. Cocci is really bad this year in my area so they've all had that treatment a few times. They have been wormed and treated for creepy crawlies. There are enough feeders I put a 40lb bag of food out at a time. Feeders and waterers spread out so there isn't bullying. I find nothing out of the ordinary on necropsy. I have found a few hermaphrodites. Different ages different breeds different sources but definitely both sexes.

I have work and then I'm going to try and get flooring down in my bathroom! Woo Hoo!

Strangely we also woke up at 3 this morning. But not naturally. Mini, I really should call him maxi lol, came into our room with a flashlght messing with our window. Apparently something set off the ring and he said there was movement in the peephole. So I checked the footage - it was a very large spider!

I don’t think so. I had that same kind break before and when I opened it it’s all soldered a coated.
