Man if that tree isn't gone soon i will go full lumberjack myself on it.
Those spoiled brat birds are just sooo pitiful inside a fence lol!
Bad thing is the adults are being impossible, the kids are perfectly fine.
The fence isn't tiny either, it is 2 50 foot rolls of wire but the way they're moping iv'e got them in a parakeet cage.
I caught another yawn, Betty this time.

Well mostly. 😂 No matter if you float it or glue it you are supposed to have baseboard. I can't exactly nail into the tile. So I wanted to try and float it and use the original silver edging. Partly because I'm nostalgic and partly because I'm cheap. But also because I can't find anything like it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did find out its called "slip in cove molding" and is generally used for counter tops. Which is also part of the problem of why I can't find it in modern standards. The slip in part isn't big enough for flooring. The pieces I have did work and so far so good. There is tape along the tub and in the doorway to hold the flooring down. But it was rolled up a little too long so was a little lumpy. I'm going to let it rest in place and settle a bit then make any adjustments. I only have a few small oops but none in places you can really see or I can't hide. 🤫 I also gave myself a bit more work when I scraped paint off the cabinet. But thats not as bad as having paper covered wood floor.
Power keeps going in and out here so I'm not going to sleep very well. Way to quiet then beeping when systems wake up and power comes back. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Congratulations!

You’re powers is out? Sorry! How much snow have gotten so far? We have a dusting right now. I know you’re on the (wrong) side of the snow belt. We’re just below it.

You did GREAT! Laying linoleum is not an easy task ESPECIALLY in a long space with odd shaped edges!
You have a floor!!! :wee
