I was out wacking weeds about 20ft from the poultry yard. I stopped,heard an alert, a cooper hawk flew up from the poultry yard and roosted on the chain link poultry yard fence. Didn't move until I was 10 ft from it. Everyone seems ok

I'm late it has been a day of on again off again internet that has been bad enough that I didn't even try to use it.
Of course that cut hubs out of his entertainment no television or games so it's been all me lol!
I'm entertaining apparently.
He did learn the derps will force themselves under my arms if I sit still.
It looks like a headlock, I'm never going to hear the end of it. :barnie
 
@Chickassan I showed hubby pics of the cleome plant.....yeah it's got leaves that will draw attention. 😳

We are clearing the area around the front light pole and plan to plant them around it.
I will 1000% need to heavily amend that area. That dirt is totally void of the ability to sustain life of any kind.
