Official Squatch Watchers

I'm jealous. My white hairs are very noticeable at the temples, but pretty much anywhere along the hairline is getting pretty gray. I feel like I'm too young to have this much gray, but my friends seem to be having the same issue.
I am 60, husband is 61. He has quite a lot of gray.

Aw... Oh well! I have strawberry blonde brown hair, since we seem to be on that topic. It's really thick, and I need to get a trim because I daily get FIST. SIZED. SNARLS. But I can't decide what style to get! Right now it's really long, with slight layers, and I'm really proud of myself for growing it out this much, but I feel like something new, too.
My younger child has the same struggle with long hair getting knotted up. There's some apps and websites where you can upload a photo of yourself to see what different hairstyles would look like on you. I've never tried it it seems interesting but I kind of wonder how accurate they are. My older child usually takes in a few photos and ask the hairstylist which one she thinks would look best. More than once she is taking in photos that require more hair than she had at the time but it sounds like you won't have that issue.

My dad is 59 and has always had his hair with the Dennis the Menace cartoon style off to the side thing. The only gray hair that's noticeable is underneath the combed over part. He still has all of his hair. He does not look like he's almost 60 at all. It's kind of funny. Pretty much everybody in my family looks way younger than they really are. I have an aunt who is 70 who could easily pass for 50.
I told my daughter's it was really a waste for them to be girls because if they were boys they would have inherited my dad's great hairline. Unfortunately for their possible future male children their father is not so blessed in the hair Department.

@apryl29 I don’t know. He saw the 8 week olds Friday, and thought there was “about a dozen”. He did see me move the brooder cage to the run, but never commented. He has nothing to do with the chickens. He has no clue I ordered 2 sets of chicks, that I have made multiple trips buying chicks or that I have sold one.
I prefer to do things and ask for forgiveness later, otherwise the answer would always be no. Kind of like I waited for him to go to Montana and built a new run by myself.

@Smuvers Farm what is a Smuver?

Thanks for asking! Smuver is actually ONE of the many nicknames of my kiddo. When I had my C-section, I got to kiss his hot little face before they took him to NICU. I didn't get to see or hold him for several hours, during which I was super drugged up and loopy....

I felt like he was a dream... and he was SO BEAUTIFUL he must belong to *some other* family. I kept on and on, repeating over and over again to DH that he MUST belong to SOME OTHER family!!!

Well, I was so doped up, whenever I said *some other*, it came out SMUVER... all slurred together. So... from then on he was Smuver!

Now, if you wanna know why we call him FreckleNut, feel free to ask.... :gig

This is quite interesting....
