Official Squatch Watchers

Oh boy.....the all organic thing will make it a bit more complicated....and expensive. This sounds like it's out of my element so I'll just sit back and wait to read the responses.:pop We have a very helpful diverse group so I'm sure it won't take long for help to arrive. How is your morning going Stacey?

Ok peeps.
Put your thinking caps and aprons on!

I've been asked to come up with some meals for a friend's inlaws while the MIL
Recovers from major surgery.
Fil isn't well versed in the kitchen so easy things that can be frozen ahead and warmed up are best.

All organic is a must.
Lots of protein for healing.
And the MIL is an incredible cook herself and kind of a "foody" food snob , so that will make it a tough assignment, if you choose to accept it.

Anybody up to helping me?
There is another route, all organic and just add water. But it's expensive... I sent some to our friends in PR.
White Chicken Chili
Fajita Casserol
Baked Ziti with sausage and mushrooms
chili
Yankee Pot Roast with Garlic Mashed Potatoes
And a personal pizza

Sassy, Maybe try a courier service or something like dhl to ship the chickens I don't know what kind of options you've got where you live but if you've got a courier service that's great they'll drive anything anywhere. You might could even get an uber driver to do it.:)

My go to is stew. Beef or chicken. You can serve several times and reheat as needed.
