Hey everyone! I have a hatching question. Is it normal or ok if a chick starts hatching 5 days before the 21 days?

That seems too early, maybe the hen was sitting before you started incubating?

I put the eggs under her. I went out to close everything up and make sure nobody snuck a egg under her and noticed a egg set aside. When I picked it up to move it, it was split all the way around and started chirping

If the other eggs aren't hatching yet, I would brood this chick until the others hatch. Mama might abandon the nest too early if she has a hatched chick.

I might have moved the egg when i was moving her to count the eggs I'm not sure
