Don't have more kids or don't buy the inlaws a house? It sounds like she has nice inlaws though.. mine hated me b/c I didn't let their son have an open marriage (but only open on his side)... I know, I'm a horrible wife.

I have a suggestion, please forgive I don't want to sound insensitive. What if you set up a temporary video camera, or use a baby monitor. Please don't be angry, just a suggestion

I vote yes. Buy one then if you “don’t like it” in a few days have DH take it back. I bought one when my husband had surgery. It saved me thousands of steps. Because you know.... men are generally needy and not good patients.

So sorry Smuv. How is PIC dealing with what he saw?

PIC is ok. He was concerned about the after twitches, but I explained them and it was ok. And then I started to cry a little bit, and he was concerned, and I explained it... and he was OK. Came inside, finished his homework and ate a sammie. We talked about it a bit, and he knows he can ask any questions. I asked him if HE would be able to cull a chicken and he said he wasn't sure. NOT that he couldn't try, but doesn't think he has the strength to pop it's head off. Yup, that's MY kiddo!

Um, you can tell your friends that the EARLIER your menses start, the LONGER they last! And I didn't get mine until I was 16.
