Cook the lobster, make mayo and make a sandwich. @Frazzemrat1 please explain a new England lobster role. I know what I got at EB was awesome!

Sorry for the delay! :-D A lobster roll comes two ways, but both are served in a toasted hot dog roll. The first way is where the cooked, cooled and lightly chopped lobster meat is mixed with mayo and spiced and served usually with lettuce kinda as a lobster meat salad. The other way is with the meat hot, tossed in butter and then served.

Good morning peeps. I woke up starving! I could pop two quiche in the oven for us, Ive got yogurt too plus frozen açaí, some bananas and granola.
