Usually, I haven't gotten a close enough look, but I think it may have some exposed intestines. It makes me feel sick to look at it.

Use the anti biotic ointment and see if you can push the stuff back up and in. Sometimes they make it. You might consider stitches too

Ok, ok, super glue or artificial bandage would work too.

Chicks are fairly tough and it is a good sign that this one made it 3 days

Sorry for the reactions. I've never liked doing stuff like this on tiny babies. I'm waiting for a good break in my work and then I'll put on my big-girl panties and try helping the poor thing.
