I need to watch more television, I didn't know who he was until today. I didn't know who Kate Spade was either but that didn't suprise me since she was a fashion lady. I really should know about chefs though.
X2
now if they had chickens or turkeys I might know who they were

Hey guys.

Dealing with some sorrow right now. I was hanging out with the chickens, and saw a trail of feathers. I started to hyperventilate, and sure enough, they led to a mutilated chicken. One of our light brahmas. Head missing, body cavity cleaned out from the rear. I think I forgot to do a head count last night, and a raccoon killed her. My little brother thought he heard a chicken screaming last night. My dad went to check if the coop was ok. It was. He saw a cat running away. It probably was one of the many other animals to share in the bounty. We know it happened last night because I spent time with them yesterday and they were all there, and it had definitely been dead for a while, judging by the flies. We've dealt with predator deaths and deaths by sickness before, but none of them have been quite so gruesome. She was one of the sweetest birds we had. I don't have many questions, because I know what I did wrong and how to fix it, I just needed to write it down and get it all out.

Oh, Ruby!! That's terrible. You poor thing! And your poor little chookie. :hit

Sorry you had to find that honey, that sounds very traumatic. :hugs Please don't beat yourself up over it, because these things happen with the chickens, you know? I'm really sorry about your loss. Will be thinking about you.

Roombas are not fun,we had one hubs thought it was neat until it got filled with cat turds after Kitty tipped her box. I hated the stupid thing, id forget about it and it would scare the taters out of me.
mom had one.. it would eat throw rugs, cords and get trapped by the toilet.. it would cry when it got choked up or stuck and it didn't hold much cat hair:rant

My day has been so weird, fruitful but weird. So far iv'e traded a plastic tool box to the neighbor that was just sitting outside doing nothing for 2 packs of cloves and a peach milkshake. I scored a ride to the post office to get my chicks when they arrive and he's bringing me a burger later. I don't know wtf is going on, good days just floor me i'm not used to them lol! Maybe the universe is trying to console me after the whole pine-sol thing.:lau
