You would think, but that sucker is sunk in the ground a good foot and a half. I didn't mention it is two stories, he's made an almost spiral staircase out of pallets to get to the one door it has. Building inspector would have an absolute ball with that man.:)
Should make it easy for him to move it off your property when the time comes

@april29 As part of the buying process we paid $150 for a survey.
They literally went online to the auditors website and printed the map.
I could have done that for free!
To get any kind of stakes or markers it's $1500.
Finding the lines and getting the wood pile moved is on the list. Unfortunately the list is more like a "to-do notebook."
Ahhhhh the joys of homeownership....

Wish me luck guys, I gotta go for that ENT appt. and I'm extremely nervous!!!:fl:fl

Again, thanks Apryl for the info.:hugs

I decided if he says I need that scope today, I am going to refuse and insist on something else, cuz I'm too wimpy to attempt it!
Good luck. I’m betting this doc and his/her crew is gonna be awesome!

PBM you got this! If he says he wants to scope ask more questions about it then decide.

Apryl, no one walked the property. I don't think they bothered to drive by.

Speaking of people living in chicken coops-- there was a little old lady living in one across the street from my grand parents most of my life. I don't know how it happened that she moved into a chicken coop but plumbing was added and that was it...she lived there till she died.

Well, the contractors working on the place next door are pouring foundation today. Did they inform anyone who will be impacted by having access to driveways blocked? NOPE!!!!! Um, what happened to common courtesy? :barnieI actually had to tell them they needed to let a neighbor know that their driveway will be blocked. :barnie:he You know, people around here do have lives, and it would be a good idea to let the neighbors know when stuff is getting done that impacts them. :rant:rant:rant:mad::mad::mad:

I just got off the phone with the neighbor... they didn't get notified. :he:he:he

I am so fed up with contractors, i can't even explain the whole thing. But they started putting in my bath tub Sept. 1st and it's screwed up. Guy's car is messed up and he has no money to fix it. I specifically told him i was not waiting until October 1st to get a bath. :rant:mad::duc
