Yes indeed, a bit small for a hen over a year old. But i would love some Tolbunt chicks!

Silly question, but what does Tolblunt mean? Is it a color?

I think the weatherproofing they did is a bit extreme but the "getting the tatering thing in the wall" part is alright.

I would proceed with install over sheeting, trim and caulk it well.

Don't install backwards. The weep holes would angle water from the track inside the coop.
