Ouch! I didn't know they were cutting your face up at your scalp! You do look good for after surgery. Not all red and swollen. Glad you can see better.

Just from the one that hops the fence here just to confuse the hens, make the rooster feel terrible and do unspeakable things to my boot scraper I think I know how you know.

Anyway... It looks to me like a peachick that has imprinted on people and it's probably male. Females display too, but this one is looking a little too aggressive to be female. I suspect it won't be long before it starts practice mating of feet, shoes, hands, cats, towels on the ground, etc. It funny and cute when they're this size, but not so funny when they are 14 pound adults (ask me how I know, lol ).

We could do a chain delivery! People do it w/ dogs all the time. The lady I got my lavenders from also breeds AC's... that's how I ended up w my mixed AC/lav pullet.

I'm going to keep Jr. Taterhead is off to be dog food. Still a total jerk!

Oh wow just read the last of that chick hatching thread, that thing got snarky quick! I don't think folks get that @Shadrach is a Spaniard and they tend to be very to the point so what seems to be rudeness or "trolling" is very much the norm in conversation for him.

I confess to never connecting with the Westie my husband had when I married him. I’m afraid of small dogs and she was mean as hell.
I did however take excellent care of that dog til her dying breath at age 15.

I too have to “connect” with a dog.

Last year I think I didn’t wait long enough for my chicken poop to compost and think my garden suffered for it.
Think I’m going to have a soil test done this year by the extension agency to figure things out.

Yes I started reading that thread about buying chicks and got mad and stopped.

Sometimes I think people are inflammatory on purpose on certain forums.

All I did was type the words “goal weight” and now all my ads are clothes for plus size ladies.

It annoyed me to.. Like where do you get your original chickens if you don't get them from a hatchery, feed store, or a local farmer? This isn't minecraft, you can't just spawn a chicken by throwing an egg. I'll not say what I think b/c I don't want to get cleaned... but while it's much easier to have a hen brood chicks, chicks don't need a hen if you've got something that generates heat to stick them by.

So the weirdest thing happened to me a few weeks ago. My mom was having a problem w/ her computer and I was cleaning some crap off of it. I was asking her about this one program (don't remember the name), I never logged into anything myself. But I was looking at her add-ons in Firefox and asked her Did you install programx? and she's like yeah, blahblahblah.. Then the next day I'm at work, logged into fb and an ad for that program comes up in my feed! It was really creepy.

I’ll be back. I have to drop off some cupcakes.

That poohuahua looks like she's been gilded in gold and has light shining on her. I wasn't expecting her to look like a gift from the gods.

She actually did have light shining on her though, she's facing a lamp. And she was a sheltered puppy that hadn't been outside until my parents got her so she wasn't all dirty and gross yet.
