Official Squatch Watchers

As a kifd my brother used to taunt me about my weight..... and I would run off and eat
I found out he was doing that to his daughter. I asked why and he said it was so she would quit eating so much.. I explained that when he did that to me I spent the rest of the day eating in secret. He didn't realize that, not sure if he knocked it off with his daughter.
I so wonder why people think that shaming or other abuse is the answer to weight and body issues? I hope the message gets out there more

Me either.
I trust my dogs judgement of people way more than my
Sable is often watching out the front window for shifty stuff. :gig
I read an article this past week about how dogs are a better judge of character than we are.
Sooooooo true.

Mo, that is horrible. I am sorry he did that to you and then to his daughter. :hugs

Yeah nothing says "I love you" like saying "you're fat". :(
It's a good way to create lifelong scars on the inside. Those are the ones that never heal.

Hey guys. I have had a really lazy day. Thing 1’s fever broke early in the morning and he’s been normal ever since. I had a 1.5 hour nap before lunch and a 2.75 hour nap after. I’m on the mend but not normal yet. My 5 roosters/cockerels escaped into the main flock again. Rounding them up, even with FILs help wore me out. I’m back to eating my normal foods, but not in normal amounts yet. I’m trying to take it easy and recover.
Keep taking it as easy as possible!
We’ll be right here when you come back!
