So glad to hear Tilly is doing better. I was worried reading through the thread. I love good news!

I'm currently at 22° feels like 14°. That's actually an improvement. From Monday into Tuesday I got a good covering...View attachment 1958406

Freezing rain followed by snow makes it stick to everything! I had to go out and shake the frames to get the snow off. It bent some fence it was so heavy.
Wow! I had the same situation with my run. Even though it's chicken wire and a lot of the snow should have gone through it got caught on the wire and made a roof. I'm really excited about above freezing temps the next few days.

Aww, at least she's improving Henny albeit slowly im sure it is still good to see.:)
Good news here at derp abuse headquarters my sack has shipped I can expect a mighty large box of sack on friday.

Visiting Tilly went ok. She is still very very sick.
She can stand for brief periods but is very lethargic.
Her head couldn't be hanging lower if it had to.

Still much better than she was. Not well enough to come home by a long shot.

Glad to hear she's improving. Poor thing. I hope you can get some rest tonight.

It was 22 out when I checked the birds tonight, in the coop was 27 so the cardboard insulation is helping. I have more to do still, but this is better than nothing.
After seeing the snow covering everything I'm glad I got the supports put in this summer. I wasn't expecting this much winter yet.
I don't know why I live in Ohio.

Cardboard is a terrific insulator, hobos don't sleep in boxes for the Feng Shui.;)
No idea why you live in Ohio, iv'e visited but in no way wanted to stay in fact I had no idea there were normal people there until you and Nunny.
The people I met were all kinds of freakin weird, and I got wind burn first time ever wtf? :D

Keeping our thermometer readings under wrap, lest I get :smack

:hugs We all know you suffer "good weather syndrome".
The only known cure is moving to a "gets icky hot and freezing cold zone".

There are therapeutic treatments available.....I think those are called vacations.
