Lol, I feel you!
The heathens have the only holiday decor right now, no house no yard just the coop.
Im lazy, but not for them.
I think she liked it, she's so jumpy right now it is hard to tell.
She did get all the birdseeds and hay twits off my porch rug which was appreciated.
Girl, off topic you have a beardie, gecko but no chameleon?
What gives, you need a full set.:)

Chameleons are SO COOL!!! But they take a more specialized set-up (fancy fog machine is a must) and most don't like to be touched. Tad and Hoshi are natural desert dwellers that can both be forced into cuddling. I value those attributes a lot. :p We may get a chameleon eventually though just to have some extra eye candy in the house ;)

Same way I explain everything Henny......irish coffee!:gig
:yuckyuck Now THAT is quite a visual!!
How on earth would one explain THAT away?!?
:lau

Weird hobby?

Really? I didn't know about fog machines my jackson's never, had one just tons of plants and a misting bottle.
You can snuggle them too, but they dont let go mitten feet are sooo strong!
Just have to stock up on D dust, much, much vitamin d is needed

The foggy thing probably isn't necessary for a lot of climates, it is just so horribly dry here :( Some sort of auto-mister or fog system is pretty much necessary for any sort of tropical species. I have to re-wet the moss in Hoshi's cave daily just to keep that one little area sufficiently humid.

Those little chopsticks are the cutest :love Good to know they can be tamed!

I forget not everybody lives in Shrek's swamp like me lol!
That is one good thing no dry reptiles or amphibians lol.
Spiders freakin hate it though, im the only person ive heard of that had a moldy tarantula.
Chameleons are super chill, especially if they're little when you get them.
My dude was maybe 3in long, he was free because petco thought he was dead.
Nope, one d drop and an hour of sunshine...boom chameleon, happy and hungry as a mofo.
He was nearly 17 when he passed, I miss my Gobbles. :)

Poor little Gobbles! So glad you were able to rescue him. He sounds sweet.

And lol at the Shrek’s swamp :gig

Birds are all tended and good. It is amazing to see Crooky in full feathers. She spent most of the summer looking largely plucked.
I put them on a 20% protein feed a month ago. They all look better.

A high of 45° is forecast. It should be a good day to clean coops. We have a storm coming this weekend. I like a clean dry coop even more when a storm is coming.
Getting a chance to clean them has been challenging with old and sick dogs.

Speaking of dogs.....
Tilly ate a full serving with little coaxing this morning.
:wee
Jack is hanging in there. He is figuring out that it is easier to get up if he lays on a raised bed or even just a thick blanket.

River is still a turd. Kitty is still not amused.
