That is really lovely!
I would be exhausted trying to keep up with all that. :th
Thanks. I am exhausted. It' finally over now so I can rest for a while which I'm really happy about.

O.k, I think im finally caught up on everything I didn't get done yesterday im probably wrong though lol!
Trying my best to get stocked up for my sad, saaaad week alone but everything seems to be eating twice as much almost like they know!
Iv'e still got two weeks to go, the February weather here is fickle as a mofo hence my early start, im not completely nuts "this time." 😄

That is a beautiful tree!
Now that is talent and patience, omg it had to take so much patience.:)

Geeze Henny, it is tank top weather here but I could be frozen tomorrow.
This time of year is so freaking strange. 👽

Ya'll ever have expectation and reality just not jive?
I did today.
I expected a cute chirping chick.
Reality had other plans, oh and the "im poopin" pose is just perfect.
It does chirp, chirps like a Mack truck.🤭View attachment 2018631View attachment 2018632View attachment 2018633View attachment 2018634
Didn't they show you a pic of the chick? It looks like it's about to get into a pecking fight w/ a smaller bird.

Going to try. We are at 1° with a "feels like" of -7°. Brrrrrrrr.
I am sure I will be out repeatedly to check the birds.
Oh, that's horrible. It's cold here and we had freezing rain, but it's warmed up enough that it's not all icy anymore, at least that's how it seemed this morning. Many disappointed kids in the area that they didn't get a snow day.

Good morning, im still calling it morning im on my first coffee lol!
Actual morning was spent getting cozy with the drainage ditches, really more fun than I should be allowed that early.
Apparently they aren't sufficient for monsoon season so when it dries up a bit they'll get dug out even more.
Water was nearly at the coop door on the walk in side.
And it is still freaking raining.:tongue

Still in awe, large appliances and their innards are beyond my grasp.
I can do little twinky stuff electronics, control boards, im even decent at engine mechanics washers/dryers/water heaters/ fridges are total kryptonite to me though.

I would never take apart a living dryer!😳 Mine is doing the death twitches. 🙃
They really are pretty simple. I do have 25 years experience as a test tech/repair tech on much more complicated stuff though. 😉

My hubs and son keep saying "just buy a new one". 🤨
I see no reason to as my labor is free and the parts to fix it are under $100.

Soooo, Chooky, Chooks what are you up to this weekend????😂
Sorry, I just could NOT resist!

I just realized I keep attempting to make small talk by asking people about their weekend plans. I have been doing this since Tuesday. Tuesday! Guess you can tell where my head is at 🤷‍♀️

@apryl29 There was a photo, but it is a catfishing photo for chirping chicks.
I am visually challenged, but not this bad. ;)

The dryer is reassembled and on its third load drying. So far no random shutting off.
The new parts are coming from 3 sources. All the parts have shipped already!

I kinda think the motor itself is actually ok and the roller is the main issue. I will see if I can get more failures over the next week waiting for parts to arrive.
Theory.....heavy loads of jeans or big loads of towels added to sticky roller push it over the edge.

Sooooooo......if I fix the dryer....That others said replace......do I get to keep the cost difference????
:gig
