They took a report and we let the insurance know. Basically it is a wait and see if it turns up. If it gets pulled over, wrecked or abandoned the police will know it was a stolen by the vin#.
The tow companies handle enough stolen/wrecked/abandoned that I think it may turn up.
Once the insurance cuts a check to us they own it then. It sux tater but it is more than likely we will have to replace it. That won't be easy as trucks ain't cheap.
So sorry my friend. We had a car of ours stolen in broad daylight from work a few years ago. It was eventually recovered but the process still cost money and stress. Praying you have a positive outcome. :hugs

Hi everyone,

Well, I broke my assisted hatch rule and I regret it. I don’t assist unless they pip on their own. I had 3 guinea eggs that I’ve been expecting to hatch since Tuesday. I candled saw they were wiggling around nicely. I didn’t see any external signs of hatching until yesterday when two of the eggs pipped. One hatched last night / this morning but the other two were stuck where they had been. I helped the second pipped one, it got shrink wrapped and the membrane was stuck to its wing and head down. The third was showing no progress, but on candling, was still very much alive. So I decided to break my rule and help even though it wasn’t pipped. On opening, it was somewhat shrink wrapped as well and I was feeling good about helping until I went to give it a dose of straight NutriDrench (something I do for all my chicks). The poor thing looks like Igor. It has a twisted face and a bit of a crossbeak. No wonder why it didn’t pip. I have a buyer for them. I’m only going to charge for the two healthy ones and throw Igor in for free. Other than the twisted face, Igor seems nice and lively and actually greedily drank the NutriDrench as soon as it had a taste. View attachment 2064540View attachment 2064541View attachment 2064542
@Kiki
Maybe he will grow out of it, wishful thinking I know

New suspicious crap......yesterday the security cameras quit working at 4:19 pm.
WHAT THE WHAT is up with THAT?!?

At least we carry full coverage insurance.
Any chance it could have been the guy who quit?

Foggy and 38f

My niece posted on FB that she has the viruse. But I texted my brother asking if she did. He thinks she is just wanting attention. She is a little wacky. Hope my brother is right.
Oh, that's scary. My friend's sister has claimed she has cancer twice and the most recent one her appointment with the doctor to go over the biopsy results was canceled. Even without the results she was claiming on facebook that she definitely had cancer. But when my friend asked her about it she said she didn't know yet. She was just fishing for attention.

Cheer up Henny, you can still go play in the dirt :hugs :hugs The nice thing about living on the side of a mountain, is there's no one within a quarter mile of me. And I can hang out on the deck. But I'm hearing about people from work who are being chastised for going out into their back yards.
Why wouldn't they be allowed in their backyards? I can see I can see if it was an apartment complex and they shared a backyard with other people but in that case I would say just don't go out there when someone else is there and don't use communal furniture.
