Weird carp here too, prices are beyond nuts I overheard a flat of 12 cartons of eggs are selling for 100 dollars now.
On top of the drunks and storms the mornings have been cold, we actually had frost on Tuesday.
Poor little hummers all bunched up on the feeders lol.
I did "luck" out and hubs is working this week but unlucked out on some severely delayed pieces of international mail.
Needless to say there is no hurrying that up.

Carp is weird as tater here but no serious storms at least.

I went to the grocery store.....yeah it was a near total waste of tme. I did get a few things we were out of but not my more needed things. Those are just giant bare spots.
Yeast, corn starch, frozen veggies, fresh veggies, meat.....and of course cleaning products are just gone.

I will be making sure I lock my coops. Our state patrol friend said they have had a few home invasion calls recently. The things being stolen were food not the jewelry or electronics.

I will try the wal mart for the rest of my list.....just not today.

You too! We are scrabbling together what we can to help out a freind and his family that lost a decent chunk in the storms.
The grandma lost the camper she lived in so I gave them my parents old airstream.
Im not going camping anytime soon lol. :)

I've been staring at my work computer with nothing happening on it for hours. Can't go outside and play in the dirt in case a request comes in... Not fun at all.
 
Exactly! And at 4:15A.M what are you supposed to do with that?
I went back to sleep, was boned reguardless if it was here so why panic. :caf
