Well Derp acres has dodged disaster once again.
My absence has been due to a continuous 4 day power outage, 2 days due to a drunk hitting a tree and nearly 3 days due to storm damage.
Those F2 and F3 tornadoes on the news hit 2 towns over from here, we were extremely lucky no structural damage from 60mph plus winds.
I lost tree limbs and a garbage can made the derps nervous as a mofo, but laurel & hardy fishing lake community that is maybe 25 miles away got smashed.
Anyways we are all alive, but needed a change of pants. :)

Wow glad to hear all is good after the storms! We have 2 tornadoes, 1 like 8 miles above us and 1 6 miles below us. We where right in the middle. I hope yall are at the end of the storms and we can get back to nice weather all the way around.

I miss counted, there are 9 baby bunnies. She just keeps getting bigger and bigger litters! Will post pictures after the rain passes.
 
OMG! @Chickassan I am very glad you are ok!

Carp is weird as tater here but no serious storms at least.

I went to the grocery store.....yeah it was a near total waste of tme. I did get a few things we were out of but not my more needed things. Those are just giant bare spots.
Yeast, corn starch, frozen veggies, fresh veggies, meat.....and of course cleaning products are just gone.

I will be making sure I lock my coops. Our state patrol friend said they have had a few home invasion calls recently. The things being stolen were food not the jewelry or electronics.

I will try the wal mart for the rest of my list.....just not today.

You are a gem to offer.

So far we are ok. I have lots of veggies started and some in the freezer so we have time yet. Cleaning products.....well there are options even if they are less conventional. Vinegar kills lots of germs even if it smells gross in largwr doses.
I still have some bleach too.

The grocery stores here are freaking crazy! I went in yesterday to just get a few things for the kids... it's crazy of unclean people are and the stupidity of the things. We have been pretty closed up here and we were gonna try walmart online.. and that was a joke. Prices throught the roof and most of it you can only get in store now or they are sold out. Yall be careful out there!

I make a vinegar orange cleaner.
I just keep the orange peels and soak them in Vinegar for about a week in a cool place, then add some cloves and EO and drain into a spray bottle , boom all natural cleaner.

Look at the belly on that one!! Haha think momma fed that one a little too much! Hopefully she has enough nips to feed them all. She wont let me hold her or inspect her....ever so 🤞 this is her 3 litter.
