I am up too.
We should be low 50's today so that is good. We still expect snow but that is our spring normal.

I will be cleaning the quackers space while we are warm(ish) today. I am still amazed how fast they are growing.

Good morning everyone!

We had a little Temperature drop this morning, 57 this morning, With AOT of rain! It says online we will be raining here until 4pm. Pleasures of living in the swamp :rolleyes: sucks with the snakes we have killed about 4 water moccasin(Cottonmouths) this week. And now with the rain i am sure we will be finding a lot more

On the bright side of things, Bonnie(Momma Rabbit) had 7 new babies last night to add to our ever growing rabbit collections! hopefully we will be making Rabbit stew this week with the others we have plumped up.

@FlyingNunFarm i woke up at 2:30 to my cat laying on my chest head bumping me, so i would pet her. Finally got her to sleep next to me and went back to sleep just to be woke up a few mins later by 2 crazy kids fighting for bed space. My poor husband took the oldest to the couch just so we could get a little sleep with them separated. But we cant live without the kids or the cats! .....sometimes hahaha

I hope everyone has a good day today, and are a little dryer then we are here.
 
Well Derp acres has dodged disaster once again.
My absence has been due to a continuous 4 day power outage, 2 days due to a drunk hitting a tree and nearly 3 days due to storm damage.
Those F2 and F3 tornadoes on the news hit 2 towns over from here, we were extremely lucky no structural damage from 60mph plus winds.
I lost tree limbs and a garbage can made the derps nervous as a mofo, but laurel & hardy fishing lake community that is maybe 25 miles away got smashed.
Anyways we are all alive, but needed a change of pants. :)
