Official Squatch Watchers

Hey all hope your days are going well.
I found one one of my egg orders will be here tomorrow!!! I was not expecting them until Tuesday or Wednesday.
So now in a slight panic because I have nothing ready and am at work until 1:00am.
I hear it's best to let them sit at room temperature for one day before starting incubation. Sound I do that? Also is it pointy side up or down?

Mine call before they open, around 6:30 and let me in before they open too, to get the chicks.
If they get to my local PO before my rural carrier leaves, he brings them to me. He and his wife drive the route and she likes looking at the babies.

Last 2 times, they arrived at the PO from the distribution center after he left though.

Pointy side down.

The three cup chicks are up and walking. They all jumped out of their cups and made a chick pile. There are 4 chicks in the pics because I had a 4th still in the incubator.
