Some here in blazing AZ use the many dead freezers for feed storage, they are better than some other alternatives, some even lock, and rodents can't eat the feed.
I have a dead frigerator I thought about laying down and using if the rodents causes issues.
I have 3 metal shelves, covered with c pepper, covered with empty feed bags then 12 full feed bags. I see and catch mice but the only bags that had holes were open ones right at the feed heights.... about 15 ft from the stack next to a stack of empty leaf and feed bags. I think they got in and couldn't get out.
I now have the open bag in the plastic wagon I haul feed in. I think it's harder for them to get to
 
I just got my PC back after a month! DH decided to call Dell to see about sending it in to get the screen repaired. The tech had us turn it on and, what do you know, the screen now works. :he:he:he:he

Was that one of those self magical repairs or did the tech actually do something?
