I am bummed, lost 2 chickens today. One 3 year old hen and a pullet that hasn't laid yet. Hoping they show up in the morning. but not counting on it.

I checked the chicks already. Well at 4:15 I did. They are all looking good. Not huddled right under that lamp so they must be comfy.

Yesterday I went to town and got small marshmallows. Couldn't find fluff. I thought that would be harder for mice. Made sure they were under the trip of the DP. They are gone this morning. I guess mice like them too.
