Yep, last year I froze a bunch and used them over the winter.
I also dehydrated some to make shelf stable eggs.
The egg flakes are great for baking, not so much for eating though.
Ohh almost forgot, I pickled some too lol!

How do you dehydrate them?

I've got 85 eggs on the counter. They have definitely ramped up production here.

I used the solid tray in a food dehydrator, you scramble and pour about a half inch layer in there.

Hobo has a new sleeping buddy, Homer.
She roots under Hobo who sleeps next to the wall so Hobo is trapped.
Homer has also been caught running with the big kids leaving all her sisters with Jerry.
Girl has nuts.

For single and double crochet, chain an even number, then turn, do a double crochet in the second chain, and then single crochet, then continue with double, single, double, single. You'll end with a single, then turn, chain one and start with a double and just keep doing double, single, double, single,v until it is as long as you want. You can do singles for a border all the way around until you're happy with it.

Bunny speed dating went ok, we brought home a neutered boy to see if they will bond. I found out a fat, medium-sized girl bunny can climb up and squeeze through a 2.5 inch gap if she really wants to. And the boy has no problem changing sides when he upsets the girl bunny. I'm hoping they bond cuz the boy is a real sweetheart and doesn't spend every minute trying to hump her.

Yup. Looks like it will be Monday all day too.

Mondays I do the mopping, laundry and wash walls. No fun.

Today I get the added bonus of trying to keep the malamutes from trying to kill each other. They had a solid fight requiring physical intervention Friday evening. We will see if they can behave for this old woman.
