Good morning Fishy, have a great dayDo you expect to be late? I always thought it went “easier”/faster when you have more? I went 42 weeks and ended up with a c-section. He didn't want to leave then and he doesn't want to leave now![]()
Happy Saturday everyone!
Doing well today. DH is back to working second shift, but it is working well so far. He currently has 9 students in the covid isolation dorm. 6 of them got covid at a football party and are making noises like they are going to be somewhat problematic, so fingers crossed.
I went into labor with my first on 41+4, and after 36 hours of labor I ended up with a c-section on 41+6 because he got stuck. I went into labor with my second at 41+6, had him 16 hours later 30 min after my induction was supposed to start. My midwife said labor will probably be a good deal quicker this time because my body has already had one vaginal birth. BUT she doesn't expect me to start labor any earlier than I did with my other two. Most women end up having their kids all near the same time frame during their pregnancies. My mom had a history of running late (until she had "too many" c-sections) and advised her against it, and her mother had a history of late running pregnancies as well. Apparently, my babies, even though they are big like to cook longer.
they come when they're ready. My first went 1 1/2 weeks late, did a c-section. Second went right to due date, delivered vaginally. This was before sonograms were the normHappy Saturday everyone!
