I upped the cocoa to 1/2 cup and use extra nuts cause...nuts.
I mix by hand since the zucchini gets tangled up in the mixer.
It is thick as tar so has to be spread into the pan. No it's not fudge like. It's like a really awesome moist chocolate cake.

Edited to add that pan size matters with this recipe. I just made one and a 9x13 needed a rebake to get it fully cooked.
