It's rained here off and on, since yesterday morning. When it's not raining, it's still very overcast. Perfect sleeping, lazing around in pajamas type weather. That is, unless you're a duck. My duck loves this type weather.

Sorry about your back Mo I know exactly how you feel. Today was round two of traction. It kept slipping on my hair thankfully that wasnt too bad but it did scare me a bit at first.

Ooh! Jealous I would love to get one of those but was always afraid of getting stuck

Mine is a table that has a strap so you can limit how much you tilt. Also can adjust for your height. Supposed to increase the tilt gradually to get used to it.
My brother didn't read the directions on the one he got. Didn't put on the strap or adjust to his height. Went completely upside down and couldn't get up. Fortunately he had a daughter within earshot.
