Good morning everybody :frow

Good news: baby wild bunny seems to be doing fine. I’ll feed it for another day and let it go.

Good news: seeing savings go up with other paycheck.

Bleh news: gotta pay taxes from 2019. I dont get it. I have to pay local and state taxes. How did i mess that up?! Ive never had that before. Ive had to pay before, but not get a bill two years later to pay.

🤬🤬 news: i put extra money in hubs acct for the car. He used it for a tattoo. And lied about it. Too sad thats nothing new for him.

Will be listing baby bunnies for sale soon :celebrate:bun
I have three days in a row off of second job. Will i use it wisely 🤔 🤞🤞

Garrettsville? Really? I love that area. We’re in kent. What are their ordinances like? Its one of the areas Im keeping an eye on, as well as: Mantua, Rootstown, Shalersville, Streetsboro. Trying to stay close to work.
They counted rabbits as pets?! Usually its just cats and dogs since rabbits dont make noise and are “usually” in cages.
Yeah, we have a new development up the road starting in the mid 350’s and they are really close together and the house is pretty average sized. INSANE! But they know people will pay it.
The Falls is very reasonably priced, usually, but you dont get a whole lot. Taxes are pretty low there too. I could use 14 acres. Where was it? Although I doubt I have that type of budget. I was trying to convince kiddo to go in on a property with us, in his own house of course, but he doesn't see the benefit.
This is the house. https://www.redfin.com/OH/Windham/8524-Nichols-Rd-44288/home/75412295 I mean, it looks really nice and all but the price.. sigh. It's right next to an xmas tree farm too! My oldest is friends w/ one of their sons. And there's a cow farm right across the street. It's in a township so no city taxes.

I'm looking in my kid's school district. She only has 1 more year, but I also want to stay close to work.
I know there are people in town who have chickens. I've looked online and haven't seen anything on the village website about chicken limitations. A lady I know had a rooster, but she got rid of him. I could hear him crowing from my work.
This one doesn't sound too bad, but most of the houses are towards the north and I don't enjoy the idea of snow covered back roads.

In town, the lots are too small to properly house poultry... plus I don't want to deal w/ angry neighbors.

And this kind of thing is why I am single....

😱 :hugs
Samesies. It's so much easier when I'm the only one spending my $ (besides the kids).
Actually, my oldest mentioned that her step mom has asked if I've even tried to date and it's like Um, I'm old enough to know that 1. I don't like people telling me what to do, or how to spend my $. 2. I don't like having to check w/ someone before I make plans. 3. I don't want to live w/ someone else.
So if there's a guy out there who wants to come over and cook me and my kids dinner everything night then go home, send him my way.. but otherwise, I already have 2 kids I'm supporting.
