This is the house. https://www.redfin.com/OH/Windham/8524-Nichols-Rd-44288/home/75412295 I mean, it looks really nice and all but the price.. sigh. It's right next to an xmas tree farm too! My oldest is friends w/ one of their sons. And there's a cow farm right across the street. It's in a township so no city taxes.

I'm looking in my kid's school district. She only has 1 more year, but I also want to stay close to work.
I know there are people in town who have chickens. I've looked online and haven't seen anything on the village website about chicken limitations. A lady I know had a rooster, but she got rid of him. I could hear him crowing from my work.
This one doesn't sound too bad, but most of the houses are towards the north and I don't enjoy the idea of snow covered back roads.

In town, the lots are too small to properly house poultry... plus I don't want to deal w/ angry neighbors.

Samesies. It's so much easier when I'm the only one spending my $ (besides the kids).
Actually, my oldest mentioned that her step mom has asked if I've even tried to date and it's like Um, I'm old enough to know that 1. I don't like people telling me what to do, or how to spend my $. 2. I don't like having to check w/ someone before I make plans. 3. I don't want to live w/ someone else.
So if there's a guy out there who wants to come over and cook me and my kids dinner everything night then go home, send him my way.. but otherwise, I already have 2 kids I'm supporting.
That first one is pending sale...did you already buy it 😂.

Yes prices are crazy but they are selling fast

Im drooling over that first one :drool, but it would have to lose a $100,000 before I could even think about it. I wish I could sell for top dollar right now and be able to wait for the bottom to drop out then buy. Sigh! I have too much to do on this place first. Im starting with the trees. Im gathering estimates for one removal and one trim, possible removal, then it’s onto either the roof or the brick front stoop or the kitchen subfloor. So many choices! 🤣🤪. I hope the front stoop just needs some tuck point (?), but fear it may be worse than that. There are several lose bricks, etc.
