This is Sam. He/she is a 2 day old muscovy. If I had not had assistance and input from BYC members Sam would not be here. My inexperience in incubating & hatching eggs resulted in only one of 11 eggs hatching. Due to high humidity during incubation Sam was still in the shell with no progress 24 hrs after pip. Thanks to helpful information and input from BYC I was able to assist Sam in hatching. After 2 days of probiotics and electrolytes Sam is standing and walking. Thank you BYC!!!
