Any ideas on preserving/storing garlic scapes? I love them even more than garlic. Freezing? Dehydrating?

I canned 7 of the 1/2 pint size Sweet Pickle Relish today. Then I was inspired to make some fresh potato salad for supper.

I cut mine into 1-2" pieces and freeze them. I won't be freezing any this year. I've eaten them all.

I don't have enough green peppers to make a full batch, so I made a half batch of Jalapeno Jelly for my mom this morning. It made just 3 jars so I'm going to buy some green peppers from the store to make up the rest I was going to make.
My husband and I prefer the Peach Jalapeno Jelly.

I made more Jalapeno jelly yesterday, today I made more sweet relish and banana pepper rings. I only canned 4 half pints of banana pepper rings. I don't know if I'll like it or not. I canned jalapeno rings and I hated them. I like the stuff from the store.
