Hey everybody I hope you had a great day ducking.
I have a few things to say.
I love The Quack Shack and all the quacking we do!
Here is my big news and a great viewing of my flock.
This video is unlisted and only viewable here in The Quack Shack.

Best of luck with the move back. You better keep checking in when you can! I am too invested into all of you for anymore to drop off the radar (yes, we are still waiting for you to come back @Trimurtisan, when you are ready. Hope you are doing okay).

Evening all.

Still no emu eggs yet, but I'm remaining on the lookout. Been having fun with my quail color projects. By total chance I have a hen that's laying celadon eggs, so I've set up a breeding pen to try to produce more.

Also set up a pen for the first crosses in my Le Creme project.

Beings you’re a dux person, I am wondering if when hatching quail eggs and emu eggs are they in the same incubator?

is it safe to have dux with the

How do you tell them apart?

Are emu eggs a different color (colour for Wunda) than dux eggs?

Will a broody Quail accept a emu chick as her own? Could you get me pictures of this?

I have been sitting in a snowstorm, but I did not see any dux or dux spies today, just an innocent squirrel and no deers agsin!

Any idea where you are going to?

Are any of your dux a breed we don’t have here? I am guessing you can’t bring any dux or eggs back with you?

Emu eggs always get their own incubator :) They incubate at a different temperature than basically anything else.

Emu eggs are a gorgeous emerald green:

I've shared photos of their nests. So many chicks running around atm. Although unfortunately with harvest seeing afew pancake chicks on the roads the grain trucks use
I have seen some of your pictures, I just don’t remember the eggs and nests. So cool.
