Yes yes she does look like Brandy.
My assumption is, that she is the result of Pinball Duck and Rusty Drake, with Pinball being a Magpie and Rusty the Product of a White Layer and Mr. Limpy.
Tweedledee definitely has the skull-form and facial expression from her Mother. I can only hope that she will become broody later in her life…

have you encountered a Tassie devil before?
Not in real life, the zoo in San Diego apparently keeps some, but they are nocturnal, so as an ordinary visitor you won't see them. But i have seen an awful lot of documentaries about them and their weird snarls and growls… - The Mallard Drakes her just sound nasty, they growl, hiss, puff and screech when they fight.
Tazmanian Devil sounds:

Cute and adorable murder machines that are going extinct because of a facial cancer :(
Which is very, very sad! - This guy started my curiosity abou the Tasmanian Flora and Fauna:

Happy Tuesday to Everybody!

We just had a scary downpour coming through here, some of the Duckies ran back into their house, the other's, together with the wild Mallards huddled the humon-house for shelter. Not hail, but raindrops the size of - larger than ping pong balls!
@Miss Lydia that stuff is header into your direction, hopefully the mountains rip it apart quickly:

KEEP IT IN THE STATES!!!

** SWAN LAKE ** (with ducks)

Some serious rain accumulation going on at our place, haven't seen that much standing water in 15 years that we've been here. Damage possible since half of the vegetable greenhouse is underwater and most of the outdoor vegetable beds among other things.

Ducks of course are having a blast, it was difficult getting them into their house this evening, they tried to cut back to their nice new lake at every opportunity :)

(The green thing is the improvised straw warehouse, luckily I've put the bales on pallets...)
