Animals, yes. Muscovies really hate snow, they also hate not being warm.

Can you keep them up when there is snow? Mine don't care for it either. They have taken a que from the Runners though and will go inside if they get uncomfortable. We haven't had anything but dusting so far when it really snow or turns icy that is when I see them inside.

They have a choice of going in, I'll even put hay on the ground. They just stand on the snow and freeze They're really odd.. They'll stand on the snow till there feet turn red, then they'll go to the garage.

My oldest Muscovy females feet were red last night worried me some. I was going to put some bag balm on her feet tonight but we warmed up to 50 and the redness went away.

Nope. They actually chase my brother around and hiss at him. He says they're hungry but I just tell him they don't like his attitude towards ducks (He's a dux hater like Ralphie)
