Aww Chris you need to try something soothing before bed have you ever tried those wave or rain things that are suppose to help one fall asleep I know of people who have the app on their phone and swear they really help. And stay off the late night for sale ads. ;)

Early bird and all. Gotta see what's happening locally. ;)

Falling asleep in the afternoon this weekend really threw off my patterns. I've been falling asleep okay I just can't stay there. Especially if I try and go to sleep before 10:00pm. I'm not a light sleeper but if I wake up it's usually for good.
