AAH! I was expecting another attack from you! - I have the jar with the duck-poop right beside my laptop, one deep sniff and i am immune against duckling fever… 😜

:loveThey are soo cuuute! - Wait until they start quaxing! 😆

I actually don't own the cows. I'm just hosting and caring for them. The bull is a Brahma Charolais cross and the cows are mostly Brangus except for the Santa Gertrudis. This is a common arrangement in TX because of tax laws.
Cow are subject to taxation in Texas?! You need to pay a cow-tax? Is the government entirely nuts? (Rhetoric question: Yes governments are always nuts when it comes to taxation!)

Actually they are a property tax break. If you use your land forv agriculture, you get a break on property taxes. So its very common to host others livestock if you don't want to have your own. Given my aversion to harvesting, this works out good for me.

I thing i have to evaluate the taxation laws for WV a bit closer. I have neighbors with cows, goats and sheeps… - Or maybe foraging ducks count too?
