There is a Unicode character for Han character 'goose' (U+9D5E): 鵞(geese are too evil for emojis it seems)
A submission for a Canada Goose Unicode character has been submitted by Michelle Regna at the NJIT: https://web.njit.edu/~mcr35/project_one/uploads/emojisubmission.pdf
You could use the Unicode emoji for swan and claim it's a white goose:

And you can use plain old ascii-art:
Code:
_...--.
_____......----' .'
_..-'' .'
.' ./
_.--._.' .' |
.-' .-.' /
.' _.-. . \ '
.' .' .' _ .-. / `./ :
.' .' .' .--' `. | \ |`. | .'
_.' .' .' `.' `-' \ / |.' .'
_.' .-' .' `-. ` .'
.' .' .' `-.._ _ _ _ .-. :
/ /o _.-' .--' .' \ |
.'-.__..-' /.. .` / .'
.' . ' /.'/.' / |
`---' _.' '
/.' .'
/.'/.'
