How old are quail when you process them?

If they are coturnix quail they can be processed at 9 weeks

It froze before I found it. I'm not too sad about that though because, being a first egg, it was really tiny and I doubt would have been viable. I'm gonna blow it out and then maybe eat it just to say I've eaten one, haha.

I freeze peaches. Slice and place each slice separate on a pan. Freeze and then bag.
