I just found out what I am watching had a different name in Australia than what it has here, another weird!

It was “upper middle Bogan” down there and “Bess of both worlds” here.
Yeah we had 2 nests of inch ants in front of our last house. Had. Petrol and a match takes care of them. Dad use to tell me when I was a kid he once shot one in half and it still kept running at him. Oh my I searched the show on netflix and couldn't get past the first 5 minutes. One I think you'd enjoy is Russel coight's All Aussie Adventures.

I have to give you Aussies credit, Wunda...

We were watching an Aussie sitcom and this guy started being attacked by “Bull Ants”. I had no idea what a bull ant was, or if it was just a joke.

I looked them up! Wow, any ant an inch and a half long that jumps and attacks people and reproduce like rabbits and you still chose live there, amazing
This reminds me of a conversation I had with oldest grandson. He was telling me about a poisonous spider and when I asked where it lives he said,”Australia I think. You know, the place, the place where every animal and insect wants to kill you.”

:frow Good morning IM, have a great day

Wunda, how entertaining. It does kind of remind me of the Florida I found when I returned to the states... hint, hint, didn't take but 7 months for me to leave the country again. Then after two years living and working in the magic kingdom, I returned to DC... Oh boy, what a shock for a naïve guy.
Consider yourself lucky that you did not end up in NYC! That would have been a dangerous cultural shock. - Though there's plenty of good restaurants there…

Good Morning All!
:frow Good morning Patti, have a great day
Good Morning, Day, Afternoon, Evening or Night to everybody on the Blue Marble! 🌎

Dreary day here: Gray blanket overhead, it is cold and wet outside, but the ducks enjoy the thawed puddles.
:frow Good morning Hillbilly, have a great day... DC food was the place of not quite right...

Who's good with Google Sheets?

I want to make some spreadsheets to track income and expenses so I can see what my birds are costing me, lol. I want to do one column that's the date, another that's a description of what the expense or income was, a column for incomes and a column for expenses, and I'd like the sheet to keep a running total for me. But I have NO idea how to use formulas.
