this chick just hatched and it seems a part of his abdomen is out and he is moving around lots and it looks like it’s getting pushed out more is he going to pass away or is there anything I can do to help him ?!

Yes the abdomen looks like it is open and it’s getting pushed out more the more he struggles and moves around is there anything I can do to help him

If it’s that bad then culling it would be the most humane.

Should I not wait abit and see if it heals within a few hours or drys up ??? It’s size of a large pea on his abdomen

It’s a common deformity that is untreatable last I read. It’s coming out it’s abdomen and not the vent so it can’t be pushed back in.

It's not going to heal. You need to cull that chick before it can suffer any more.
