She is a light brahma...they r good layers and very hardy for colder climates

I thought she was. I had 2 little chicks that died early. We got the kids some colored chicks at Easter and about 2 of them are coloring out like this so I'm hoping that they will be light Brahmas as well. It would replace the 2 I lost. One is starting to look a little red in the face. It is 10-11 wks old.

Thank u MrMKK ......heby sorry about the loss of those babies, that was such a fear of mine qhen qe g ot ours...the kids would have been so upset...I am glad to hear u were able to replace them and the light brahmas are so funny to watch and our daffodil is so friendly....good luck with them ....now if I coyld just figure out if our black giants were roos or not I would be able to prepare my little guy for letting them go...just a wairing game I guess

Why do they roll around in the dirt? And they make the funniest a sound when they do it
