Rose Rose Rose… you’re gonna freak me out!!!!

She is again doing her gurgly rattly breathing thing but now I know it’s likely the heat so I have the fan still going in the hen house - might invest in a portable AC unit still. Just to take the humidity and cool it off a bit so they are more comfortable! It’s all well insulated in there so it likely wouldn’t hardly take anything to cool to a more manageable temperature like around 75F.

Help with laying eggs too so they don’t get over stressed.

I just set up my little fan - I put a gallon milk container with water that I had in the freezer all day in front of the fan. The idea is it will blow in cold water across the ice.
I can immediately see how I could improve that set-up - so I might do it a bit differently tomorrow if I can do some prep during the day.
Tomorrow it is going to be even hotter, but then it breaks and will be more bearable next week (well so the forecast says).
