So, I've mentioned before that mom is notorious for trying to change chicks names after they are a few months old. She is at it again, and this time so is dad.

Cricket, my mostly white girl with black spots. Dad has decided that no she is not Cricket any longer she is Spot. Of course mom agrees.

If they were only focusing on Cricket I could let it go...but mom is also after another girl for a name change....and I am resisting.

Mom has not settled just yet on a name. She is tossing around Coco, Snickers, and Reese's. Basically she is not a Karen, but some sort of chocolate. Nope, I think she is still Karen.

She is also giving Twig the side eye, under no circumstances shall Twiggy get a name change.

I really like the name Cricket! What in the world is wrong with that that she needs to change it? And Karen ( the pullet) is beautiful...if her demeanor or colouring says 'Karen' to you, then Karen it is!

And Twig/Twiggy. Since s/he is the offs[ring of Branch, you can't get a more fitting name!!! Question, though - what will you name the next one? Bud?
