I miss my geegees and my chooks, wish I had cameras where the horses are (long story there with that unfortunately the lady there "didn't want anyone watching her doing chores" - really? I want to see my horses not her!). <sigh>

Anyways thankfully I can see my chickies.

So since I don't have a pony pics here is story about a goat who gets a prosthetic hind leg.

OK I am on my way to town - Peace River (3.5hr drive) to pick up some supplies - everyone have a great day!

Wish we could have seen up at the rafters. I have this image in my mind of her hooking her head trying to hold herself there while hoping the wings will beat hard enough to lift that little bit more!

I actually am amazed at how strong their 'neck hold' is - they use their head/neck almost like a hand in cases like this. It is truly amazing how well they use that maneuver!
