Update: it wasn't said, but I can only assume that a mistake was made their end. Because my bill owed was put right and I was charged £4 less.Unbelievable, my provider was due a payment of 36 and as i went to pay they asked for 200 . This is just for a phone as there broadband failed, they still charged for early end of contract now they want more.

I've stopped the direct debit with this company due too these charges continuously going on since last year. ( I can't count how much I've lost). Thank goodness I did that or it would have been highly likely an impossibility too ever get that money back.
