I think this is Elizabeth (a tad difficult to tell in the dark) and it is well before dawn. The poor girl can't see the rungs of her ladder and it is too steep. They run up and down it all day long and have no problem but I think I need to rethink its design if she is going to be stumbling about in the dark a lot.
When she gets to the bottom she just stands there. Presumably because it is still too dark to see what else to do!

I think COVID has had a lot of people working extra without pay. My husband works in Healthcare IT and was getting programming in for hospitals to track cases. It was done knowing it wasn't going to be paid for and there was even a paycut for a little while. There is value in doing things for the greater good but it doesn't seem to get the recognition it deserves.

It happens. My EE was a golden color, but now she's more grey and white. (They just get prettier, don't you think?)

It's a Shadrach original.

Shad was very patient with my many questions and requests. The finished piece is very organic and tactile and includes the hidden slate paste art! I love it!

I think she is gorgeous. All the changes just make her beard and side burns stand out more. She is a beautiful cream color now.
